•Only quality, personally-made items may be sold at Art Along the Willow. No food sales will be allowed.
•Each standard booth space is 10' x 10'. Double booth space is 10' x 20'. All vendor materials must remain within the allocated space.
•Vendors agree to remain on-site until 3:00 PM, the close of the event.
•Vendors may set up beginning at 8:00 AM. Vehicle access to exhibit area closes at 9:30 AM.
•No vehicles may be parked in the exhibit space.
•Each vendor must have a tent such as an EZ Up tent.
•Friends of Willow River and Kinnickinnic State Parks, Inc. will make every attempt to hold this event, rain or shine. However, for the safety of vendors, staff and participants, the event may be cancelled, or ended early, due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
•No refunds will be made due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances cancellation.
•All application fees are final unless application is denied.
